Who are your partners?
What does the customized service include?
Branding (box and frame), number of batteries, gears, accessories (heated box, phone holder, winter tires).
Where are your repair stations?
For every business order, we provide spare parts (extra 2% battery and motors). Together with local partners around the world, we also provide manual and technical support to ease your fleet management.
For individual orders, maintenance is provided by our local partners.
Can I use your ebike if I am not a delivery company or a leasing company?
Yes, you can leave your contact information, we’ll contact you about it.
What accessories do you offer?
We have various accessories to help you improve your delivery services, e.g. heated boxes, snow tires, etc.
What does warranty include?
Small wearable parts like batteries, motors and screws, the warranty is 12 months. We provide a 24 months warranty for frames. You can find out more details here.
