Good Practice Guide For The Batteries (Do’s & Don’ts)

Battery Do’s

• Charge an ebike indoors in a dry location at room temperature.
• Regularly charge the battery when not using your ebike for prolonged periods of time.
• Always remove the battery before cleaning the ebike.
• Clean the battery with a damp cloth.

Battery Don’ts

• It is important that you do not leave the battery unattended whilst charging, this includes overnight charging.
• Do not let the battery fully drain when stored for prolonged periods of time.
• Do not expose the battery to direct water contact when either cleaning the battery itself or the ebike.
